Upper Valley Connection was started in the summer of 2001 because one young man with Down                      Syndrome got to play baseball once—and talked about it for a year before he got to play again.We are a           recreation program for youth and young  adults with different abilities who live in the Wenatchee Valley
of North Central Washington State. We believe that everyone ought to have the chance to have meaningful interactions with his or peers, whether while playing baseball, putting on a play, or simply hanging out with a movie and popcorn.
